Elysian Gangchon Resort, Chuncheon

Overall, I had a good experience at the ski resort. The stunning landscape and well-maintained garden added to the charm, and my kids had a blast sledding. However, the hotel itself is in desperate need of renovations and the room was a bit uncomfortable due to the outdated facilities and lack of air conditioning during our stay.

The front desk staff were super helpful and the pastries at the lobby cafe were delicious and reasonably priced. However, the rooms really need a renovation, with old flooring and no air conditioning control. I wouldn't say this hotel is worth the rate we paid, as it felt more like a motel on the inside.
